What DTP processing means

DTP (Desktop Publishing) processing involves recreating and adapting the layout of a document after translation, so that the final version reproduces as faithfully as possible the structure and presentation of the original material.

The translated text is integrated into the document layout, preserving and adapting elements such as images, tables, charts, diagrams, fonts, numbering and positioning on the page.

In other words, you do not receive just the translated text, but a fully processed document, ready for use, publication or printing.

When DTP processing is needed

• Documents with charts, diagrams, tables or images containing text;
• Brochures, catalogues, leaflets and other presentation materials;
• Manuals, user instructions and technical documentation;
• Documents received in non-editable formats, such as scanned files or certain PDF documents;
• Materials with a complex layout, in which the appearance of the original document must be preserved;
• Documents intended for publication or printing.
