An authorized translation is a translation performed by a translator authorized by the Ministry of Justice, who certifies, by signature and stamp, the accuracy of the translation and its faithfulness to the document presented.
An authorized translation is certified by the signature and stamp of the translator authorized by the Ministry of Justice. A legalized translation additionally involves the legalization of the translator's signature by a public notary.
