Service Provider

GTS Company S.R.L. with headquarters in Buzău, Bld. Nicolae Bălcescu nr. 2, Hotel Coroana, CUI: RO123456789, provides authorized translation and interpretation services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you automatically accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, please do not use our services.

Effective Date

These terms and conditions are effective from January 15, 2025, and apply to all services offered by GTS Company S.R.L.

Authorized Translations

• Legal, economic, technical and medical translations
• Official documents and civil status certificates translation
• Diploma and academic certificates translation
• Specialized IT and various translations

Interpretation Services

Assistance with document signing before public notaries, civil status officers, or other competent authorities.

Related Services

• Translation legalization
• Document superlegalization and apostille
• Translation collation and verification
• DTP processing for complex documents

Document Submission

The client must submit clear, legible, and complete documents. GTS Company is not responsible for errors or omissions from illegible original documents.

Delivery Terms

Delivery terms are estimated and communicated upon order confirmation. These may vary depending on:

• Volume and complexity of documents
• Requested language combination
• Availability of specialized translators
• Need for additional services (legalization, apostille)

Client Collaboration

The client must provide all necessary information for proper service execution and respond promptly to clarification requests.

Price Calculation

Prices are calculated based on:

1. Number of pages or words in the original document
2. Requested language combination
3. Technical complexity of the document
4. Urgency of the request
5. Additional services requested

Payment Methods

• Cash upon translation pickup
• Bank transfer
• Credit card (at headquarters)

Invoicing

All services are invoiced according to current legislation. Invoices are issued upon client request or for legal entities.

Quality Guarantee

GTS Company guarantees the quality of translations performed by authorized translators according to current professional standards.

Work Revision

In case of identifying translation errors, GTS Company commits to redo the erroneous parts free of charge within 5 working days from notification.

Liability Limitations

GTS Company is not responsible for:

• Errors in original documents
• Delays caused by external factors (authorities, force majeure)
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Incorrect use of translations by the client

Confidentiality

All documents and information received from clients are treated with strict confidentiality and are not disclosed to third parties.

Terms Modification

GTS Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Modifications will be communicated through publication on the official website and will take effect after 30 days.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved according to the laws in force in Romania.

Amicable Resolution

Before resorting to courts, the parties commit to attempting amicable resolution of any disputes through direct negotiation.

Jurisdiction

For any disputes, the courts in the jurisdiction of the Buzău Tribunal are competent.
