GTS COMPANY's employed translators are authorized translators with experience who can perform translations in various fields: legal, technical, medical, financial, commercial, economic, literary, etc.

An authorized translation is a translation performed by a translator authorized by the Ministry of Justice, signed and stamped by them.

A legalized translation is an authorized translation with the mention of the translator's signature legalization by a public notary.

The apostille is a resolution, a note, an observation, applied to a petition or an official act. It is actually a square-shaped stamp (with a 9 cm side), identical in all member states of the Hague Convention and which is applied directly to the document to be legalized, or on an extension of it.

Translation direction represents the chosen linguistic combination:

• simple translation - from a foreign language into Romanian
• retroversion - from Romanian into any language
• double translation - from one foreign language into another foreign language

A page is calculated at a number of 1800 characters without spaces (can be calculated using the Wordcount option in Microsoft Word). Civil status documents, certificates, attestations, etc., are charged as 1 page.

The normal deadline for completing a translation from languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish), with a normal-medium degree of difficulty and during normal working hours, is approximately 10 pages/day/translator. The time required to complete a work increases directly proportional to its degree of complexity, so the translation volume can be reduced by half.
